Le Voyeur is a wine that results from the co-fermentation in amphora of white grape varieties with red grape varieties from the Douro region. The colour is open, light and vibrant. On the nose it has a fresh profile, with notes of aromatic herbs and red berries. In the mouth it is round, light and fresh with good acidity. It finishes almost spicy and with a light astringency that gives it personality. This is a versatile and uncomplicated red wine. An excellent pairing for those who like sushi but prefer reds!
